Our heat and eat egg rolls are prepared, oil fried, and frozen for air frying in 3-7 minutes. The 3-7 interval determines the crispiness while retaining moist ( finger licking? ) in your mouth.

After the heat and eat egg rolls have reached room temperature, they will not resume the original roll or quality. Avoid letting frozen egg rolls increase in temperature past the slacking point or they will lose the original shape and texture. Eaten egg rolls can be reheated/air fried to resume its licious and crispiness.
